This guy is totally confused...Are we to believe that a solution for racial harmony in America is self-determination, territorial, economical and political of African-Americans and other blacks?
Or is his point that privileges must extend to all discriminated Irish, Italian, Polish, Jews that came at the beginning of the century... I propose recent immigrants only (after 1980)
