Colin,

Almost every poster that I know has violated these terms at one time or another. If advertising other sites or entities is a violation, there are some that are ongoing and continued violators. E.G. Jenna and here continued advertising of her market letter, Steve Harmon and advertising his investment management service, Steve Goldman and his Yamner brokerage, Daniel Miller and his age problem. Many, many posters have violated the spamming rules when they got overexcited about a specific stock.

I have used these as examples not to single out these individuals (these are good, honest, well-intentioned individuals in general); but to merely point out rampant and regular violation of the Terms of Use. There appears to be more than a little "Selective Enforcement" here. Thus, more specifics are needed by the posting public to understand and explain this selectivity.

FWIW,

Dave
