GB, Richard and Tim seems to be alluding to a scenario where the St Maria acquisition was in stock, but at a predetermined "face value", if that is the case, the owners of the St Maria have a piece of paper which is essentially a floorless and they may have initiated the down fall (unwittingly(?) not realizing that the weight of their selling could create a death spiral).
