Dave, I must admit not reading more than 1/2 dozen posts from TokyoMex and little more from A@P. I thought from the reading I've done that both these two were far, far, far over the line and were both terminated, for cause. Not in the same league? If I'm correct that they were both terminated, then they were likely both violating the civility expected in this Web community, IMO.

Selective enforcement? Well SI is not a RIDGED computer program that terminates violators who cross THE line. It is run by humans, and those humans waited far too long to purge these boards from the likes of those you mentioned. Yes it was selective, but they "gave an inch" because they are human, and because they wanted to be more than fair to the violators.

Was that fair to US as you say? No, selective enforcement for THEM, and regular enforcement for you and me is not fair. But A@P and TokyoMex were a popular draw, and SI bent over backwards to allow them room. Such is life. I will get over it.

Colin
