Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 21,543,508 1999-08-26 close $0.16 Friday Aug 27 1999 The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted a pro rata release of 656,250 shares from escrow. There are nil shares remaining in escrow. The escrow holders are Alvin Brown as to 328,125 shares and Haywood Securities Inc. in trust for Thomas Kennedy as to 328,125 shares. Of the 656,250 shares being released, 328,125 shares are free trading and 328,125 shares will be subject to a one-year hold.
