John - Actually, the ability to pick just the right feature set and announce a product which creates the perception of "ground breaking new" when in fact it is a clean fast follower product is one of DELL's great strengths, and customer perception in the markets they serve drives sales. We may sigh and shake our heads but at the end of the day its the bottom line that counts, and the boys from Austin can spin gold out of straw.
