Ever own a stock that reports better than expected earnings and then promptly drops in price on that news?
Well, the market is subject to many forces, rational and irrational. All actions get explanations.
Therefore, it is important to do your due diligence and come to your own conclusions. You cannot make investment decisions based solely on short term fluctuations. That's where the phrase, KNOW WHAT YOU HOLD, comes in.
Do you let the fluctuation of the past week or two cloud your VISION of where EDIG is going? When EDIG broke $.30, it came right back down in HALF before it made its next leg up. Stocks do this.
Have there been ANY negative material changes in the company, management-wise or technologically speaking? NO!
Look at the synergistic technologies of other companies and see if EDIG and their PATENTS have a place there. IF YOU SEE THE CONNECTION, then a week of correction is immaterial. PERSPECTIVE !!!
By the way, where is EDIG headed? Is this an illusion that a silver-tongued CEO is creating? Has there been any verification from independent sources that EDIG is involved ON THE INSIDE?(prototype development)
Is EDIG part of any INDEPENDENT alliances(like VoiceTimes, IBM,NORTEL,PHILIPS) that are leading the way into NEW MARKETS with NEW PRODUCTS ?
Are technologies like phones, PDAs, digital music players and digital voice recorders MERGING into consumer friendly forms ?
Seen any press discussing GROWING MARKETS that are just NOW TAKING SHAPE with launch dates projected Christmas '99 and further projected to continue into next spring and beyond?
Is the investment community at large showing ANY interest in this arena of business?(IPOs skyrocketing)
Is EDIG projected by management to be profitable by the fourth quarter of this fiscal year?
Regardless if you panic sell or not, or feel uncomfortable about this week's price fluctuations, EDIG will continue on its path and will shortly announce plans of its business moving forward with large and small OEMs. News of this will be on every business news service and more investors will be alerted to the improving business climate of e.Digital.
