You gray cells obviously haven't seen blood in decades. That "excellent document" as you say was directly repudiated by FDR at Yalta. The ideals fought for in the Atlantic Charter were given away by FDR to another set of monsters, even more totalitarian. The one "visionary", Churchill, looked on in disgust as the near brain-dead FDR set the stage for the Cold War, the defining struggle of the 20th century and his legacy to succeeding generations.
