Strange. Ebix.com said they were the first. Ebix is a spin off of
DLPH and a partner with HWP. Nice little battle between HWP and IBM. IBM is building the web site and I wonder if they have an equity
investment in healthaxis as well. At least HealthAxis has a lead.
