I know he wasn't the president... just wanted to see if there was anyone awake on this thread.

Alexander Hamilton (1757-1804)
Founding father, first Secretary of the Treasury, advocate of federalism, member of the Continental Congress and Constitutional Convention, co-author of the Federalist Papers, proposed Bank of the U. S., helped create the Federalist Party, died in a duel with rival (Saint) Aaron Burr.

Zoltan would have laughed. Of course George Washington was a federalist, he supported it against the Whiskey Rebellion.

But the United States is socialist:

Income tax to support social programs
Social Security
MediCare
MedicAid
HUD
etc, etc. need I go on? As a woman cannot be "a little pregnant," neither can a country have a "mixed economy." It is either socialistic or it is not. The U.S. is socialistic with a bastardized capitalism kept around to keep it going.
