Well Terry, the way I see it we have only a few choices. We can either point toward D.C. and say "see it's all their fault". We can attempt to move through our vote, thoughts and actions in the direction we wish to head. Or we can decide not to care and opt cynically out. Currently we have a two party system, working within that system to elect people as closely aligned to our values and ideas seems the logical course to me. Perhaps if more libertarians joined with conservatives we could elect people with belief's similar to Alan Keyes into office.
