Sergio, KDST: In June the co. sold a bunch of perferred stock to strengthen their cash position but spent nearly 1MM on a building etc. Sales increase is excellent, cost of sales went down a bunch and overhead decreased. With all of this going on why would they need to sell perferred stock to raise cash? Something is not right. Ken
