PennyInvestor,

I first wondered what would happen with this stock on post #52 in
the event of a sudden increase in popularity. Taking uncovered
short positions in order to create shares and make an orderly market
seemed way too risky a thing to expect of the GRIN MMs - they
could have finished-up penniless ! My guess in #52 appears to
be correct - the insiders had to make their shares available to the
MMs, during the events of recent weeks (and if that wasn't enough
then the only other alternative would have been a trading halt - so I
guess $30 didn't warrant a trading halt).

From your numbers, it appears that the insiders have been
completely stripped of their stock and options. The result is
GRIN now find themselves with their very own line-of-credit
(and in good ol' US$ too - so it's bye-byes to interest payments
and the worst aspect of their currency risk) and the management
and staff now find themselves with various chunks of change - hope
they're not too upset ! (may I suggest they consider buying
some GRIN !?)

Thanks for posting here,
