Gator, I just spent an hour and a half reading and taking notes on hte warrant. Interesting stuff. It certainly shows that the press is sensationalizing this event. I came to several conclusions that i will summarize later after a steak and beer. One thing sticks out here regarding the timing of the raid. The RCMP knew that this operation was being moved from comments on page 51 from 6/25 and confirmation of different IP addresses used by 10 licensees to secure.worldgaming.com already confirmed to be in Antigua on 7/23. The cops knew that the prey was on the move. In summary, I am quite positive about Starnet's future as this will boil down to misdemeanors, a very opinion driven verdict on the porn charges and at worst, an extensive precedent seeking case on online gaming. brian
