The meeting between CalPERS money managers and Apple's board of directors
has been postponed two to three weeks, which makes more sense, because:

(1) By that time, speculation about takeover by Ellison will be settled on
either way and quarterly report will be published;

(2) Quarterly "window dressing" has been over. CalPERS managers do not need to
make a decision in a rush speed;

(3) CalPERS investment on Apple is very trivial compared to its own 118 billions overall investments;

(4) Probably, CalPERS managers are satisfied with what Apple's changes and
its new future trends about products and management;

The postponement on this event does not affect the efforts made by CalPERS
to influence the decisions made by Apple's executives, just the timing is
not appropriate during this period of speculations.
