thanks for your reply concerning my questions about IOMG customer service. To my comments I'll add this--if you had to wait an hour now (reply #2297), what will happen when IOMG sells 6,000,000 more zip drives???? How long will you have to wait then? The reason I keep bringing this up is that crummy tech support can tank a business real quick. The analogy I use is it's almost like a miracle drug that someone develops for a widespread previously untreatable disease. If you don't have the ability to tell people how to administer it, it doesn't do any good-at all. If IOMG has hour long waits now, IMHO, there's a lot of work to do ahead. Incidentally, I am long on IOMG and currently believe in the company. I just want to know what the rest of you are thinking on this...
