You have to be pretty blind to want to spend ?450k to tie up the down dip property because it "may contain....." GME cannot afford any expenditure at this time. So I guess it would have been a miracle for GME to kick in their share. What they need is a third party to JV with EXL and straighten them out. Anyone in the Toronto area talk to RM after the meeting with the judge? A summary would be nice. Winzer
