Hello James...

As the stock had been trading in a 20 cent range since last Tuesday, a ceiling appeared to be in place at $6...For a moment the stock did hit $6.05 when FM and IT sold at the same time...(They both appear to act in tandem for many trades)...The stock then suddenly took a dive when, IMO, some traders obviously decided this was as good a time as any to short and rake in some shekels...

IMO, MAN probably got it's knuckles rapped by the exchange because of what happened during the last run-up to $8.50...It was fairly obvious that lots of tongues were wagging about what the drills were pulling out of TG-3...

It is also my opinion that this is once again occurring, (on a much smaller scale to date) but with regards to TG-7...

This time around, I believe that FM is making moves to ensure the same thing does not happen again...

AND, I think that some traders realize this possibility and act accordingly...

Further, I am not of the opinion that the analysts' reports will result in any significant appreciation to the stock price...I figure that scenario has already added about 50 cents to the stock price and that's about all we'll realize from it for the present...

But, my opinion, a bottle of beer and a can of worms will land you a muskie in any decent lake in Ontario too...

So there you have it...

Regards....Ray
