Sort of in that general housing area, I like ELK a lot as a company.
The recent 1/3 off sale is almost enough for me to start accumulating, but not quite. I want a really good price in this market to buy something that I merely consider a sound long-term investment, rather than a super-duper bargain that we are willing to buy in any market.
