I am speaking strictly from the viewpoint of technical analysis. There were people that bought stock at the $2.50 level on the last run up. Those same people will be looking to sell at their breakeven point. An important point to note is that the volume since the titanium deal was announced has been the strongest over the last five years, a very bullish sign
