Mohan:
ABRAHAM was 100 years old when his son Isaac was born unto him. And Sarah said: "God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me." So records the Genesis in the Old Testament. The holy book goes on to tell us at that time Abraham?s wife Sarah was 90 years old. Today it would be inconceivable that a 100-year-old man would be potent enough to impregnate a woman. Or a woman of 90 could conceive a child. However, liaisons of aged sages and rishis with young women are also the stuff of ancient Indian mythology. What has happened to male virility over the past centuries ?

Recently a woman aged about 60 years was impregnated artificially with the sperm of son-in-law, because the daughter of the impregnated women could not get pregnant for medical or anatomical reasons. Of course, the menopausal woman's uterus was prepared with hormones to receive artificial insemination. It was a success. Theoretically , you can hypervitaminize, hormonize, and Viagra-induce a 100 year old man in good health to father a child or One can take biopsy of his testicles and grow the sperm on a dish before insemination. All these have been done and the technology exists.

In this particular case, the grand child has a double role in that he or she is a son or daughter & a grand child also. There is always a first.
