I read the entire annual report (800 pages). There are some items of concern including financing, dilution and lack of cash. However, this is a BB that was once on the Nas, and has had to go through a trial by fire to not only stay afloat but grow, change and now bloom. The Play Company Directors have taken huge chances in order to complete their business plan. They are now positioned in great locations across the country, have a new and exciting e-commerce plan, a spin-off that should generate a great new cash flow and experienced management that have an intense commitment to succeed. They are paying off debts early, and creating an exciting business model. I have spoken on several occasions with Mr. Brady (CEO), and Mr. Frakes (CFO). They do not BS. One comment made by Mr. Brady that stood out was that he thought the 6-1 PLCOP conversion was "too rich" when he made it, but they were hurting and needed financing. They have now obtained longer, more traditional financing and actually stated a small profit on their last annual report. One other PLCOP advantage is the provision that in the (unlikely)event of Chapter 11, the "P"s get paid before the common and the "F"s. I continue to buy the P and the W and hold the common. Nothing is certain, but I expect PLCO to have a fantastic run in the next 30-90 days, sustain it and then explode in time for a huge New Year's celebration.
