Is there a date for the completion of the merger and 1.75 conversion factor? I am currently a USRobotics stock holder and waiting for the deal to be completed which I feel will benifit my holings in the long run. Being a USRobtics share holder, isn't is better to have COMS shares stay depressed until the merger is complete? With 3com shares being depressed at the time of conversion (1.75Com=1USRX)it's like getting a stock split, and lowering my cost basis. The more 3com goes up the greater my return. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
