I was saying the exact same thing as you until their statement about this product being beyond the scope of the reciever has come into question... Don't get me wrong I've owned a large block of stock for close to 4 years waiting for them to bring a product to market...but this should have been taken care of out of court years ago... Now there is a cloud hanging over their head and a lot of definitions like who own the revenues that come in etc. have come into question... I think the fact that this is a public company with shareholders by definition should preclude any one person (who signed over patents to companyat IPO) but just by definition acorporation should not allow any one individual to be larger than the company itself... And if his defense is wrongful termination I hope they embarass the heck out of this guy with the sexual herassment claims they have. He is a punk...
