Hello to All: New to this thread and novice (extremely) investor. Question; Why has company chosen to file extensions for Q's & K? Is this a mgmt strategy; logistical challenges with quality/quantity of personnell or underlying reasons for consistantly late filings? 2nd; Can mgmt reasonably expect to pursue two so divergent markets as consumer goods and medical device simultaneously? I have trouble with product line synergy or fit with tech tooth brush/paste and surgical laser's. 3rd; Does anyone have good "feel" for Pres/CEO, D. LaPoint. Regional Sales Mgr, brief stint in corporate position with BLTI, then orchestrates exit of Pres/CEO - entry D. LaPoint? What are qualifications to manage such a turnaround as BioLase? Sorry to innundate with so many questions, but on surface it looks like there could be some promise to this company. Thanks in advance for your comments. Tommy
