TG,

That "guy", Manuel Ascencio, has publically admitted, in one of his so-called "research reports" to being short at least 200,000 shares of the stock. He hasn't been stating that lately, however.

He has issued false and misleading press releases timed to coincide with good news from the company.

Perhaps that's why some of his "stuff has stood up". He heavily shorts a stock, gives it a negative "research report" and issues "PR's" calculated to put the company in a bad light. He has even gotten "reporters" for the WSJ to incorporate his PR's into supposedly objective news pieces. You're right. He is a scary guy. What's that saying about self-fullfilling prophesies?

If anyone were interested in the stock, by all means they should see what old Manny has to say. Then they should do a little more DD on him and the company and find that the company has met all of it's targets, has a product now being sold by ABT and is likely to show a profit by year-end.

With about 30% of the float "declared short", it might get very interesting when the stock makes it's impending move from the NAZ big board to the AMEX.

Thanks for your comments.

Regards,

AD
