And keep in mind that even if they are legally correct(which I believe they are) the perception can be further worsened if the reciever decides that this product IS within the bounds of their scope...because that will not STILL even scratch the surface of whether his lawsuit is totally frivalous or not it will just decide if he was to be correct should this product be included... Unfortunately this punk can further punish the company and not have to show proof until much later......
