I like PCNA long, here is why Bouf..The company succesfully launched and own Lawmiles.com the Legal portal, Another launch of the legal directory domain name Legalsource.com scheduled for Sept. 1 (wednesday) and the third launch of the Legal library also expected in sept. of this year shows their seriously becoming an Internet company. On June 10, 1998, the Company sold 100% of CDP and will receive preferred stock convertible to $1,000,000 of common stock upon completion of the CDP IPO in October. This is a great plus for PCNA?s balance sheet.
