Why do you know that's still a fact--is the agreement still in effect?...

I was simply reporting that a few months back it looked like there was no agreement that the person at Sonic found to be of any importance. In fact, he said something to the effect that it was a very old agreement that he wasn't sure was even still in effect. This was months after reprint had been mentioning it in prior press releases. If things have changed by now that's great, but it certainly made me suspicious. If you have no reason to be concerned because you know that they are closely working together on the project that's great. You are of course correct in saying that a few months back isn't timely but if you haven't checked in lately it may be a good idea to do so. Good luck. Ted
