I'm getting interested. Solid company. Looks oversold. Downgrade says it all as far as drop goes. If PWR can show earnings improvement in the next two quarters, it could have a serious snap back. I might play it for a technical bounce of 2-3 points. If market tanks and it drops to 18$, I'd definitely look at getting some. You a long term long? Recovery could take a long time if earnings stay flat. (Later) Techie, it's you posting that. Didn't notice it at first...
