From the WSJ: WHO'S NEWS C-Cube Microsystems INC. (Milpitas, Calif.) -- Donald McKinney, chief executive officer of International Network Services Inc., a video-network service provider, was elected a director of this video-chip designer, increasing the board to six members. Mr. McKinney, 47 years old, succeeds William O'Meara, 57, who resigned Feb 18.
