Several weeks ago I asked MS what form the revenues would take to account for the $5mm by year end. His response was, "This will include work in progress, booked business and receivables." Upon seeing this I felt it could be a bit of an accounting slippery slope. Work in progress and related activities may result in cash flow but might not result in recognition of income. Possibly this is what happened during the 2nd quarter to account for the "surprising" shortfall.

On a separate point, I do not interpret MS's and MM's lending of funds originating with the sale of stock either a good sign or bad sign. If the company needs money, then they are well served to use part of their position to fund the current shortfall. The alternative could be oblivion.

The next two months should be interesting.

regards,
