You are right to be cautious about purchasing shares in this company, as you should be about any investment. However, when you weigh all the evidence, PLCOP in particular, then the risks are relatively small. If you bought PLCOP today ($1 5/32) then to be down at the end of the year the commons would have to be trading at less than $0.20. Piper
