biz.yahoo.com The Company has entered into a letter of intent with an investment banking firm to raise additional equity in the approximate amount of $20-25 million through the public sale of a minority interest in the Company's Toys subsidiary. This public offering currently is expected to close in 1999. This investment banking firm also participated in the $2.8 million private placement in July 1999. The Company is working to increase its lines of credit with its vendors to more adequately address not only the past growth but its expected future growth as well. As noted above, the Company has significantly strengthened its balance sheet by raising approximately $3.5 million in additional equity over the past three months, which should result in expanded lines of credit with its trade vendors. ... seems as if that's where they will obtain the greater portion of their money to finance their expansion..
