White shoes thanks for info: a few comments Regarding "1. METACRAWLER returns results from other search engines. It's not feasible or ethical for go2net to exert any control over its results, at least not directly." I'd like hypermart to loosen up the terms for it to found by the other search engines such as least show up under web hosting and not just business web hosting Regarding "2. Verio has probably purchased keywords causing its banner to be displayed in certain instances. This is part of the way go2net derives revenue from metacrawler." Sure but in this case I think there is much more to be gained by having HYPERMART show up there instead of Verio or any other competitor Regarding "3. Go2net has a lot of other ways of asserting itself so that people using go2net services are made aware of Hypermart: such as the go2net main page which defaults to a potpourri of Go2Net features." My point was its not easy to find on main page as you suggest; it should be at the top but it isn't. I know hypermart is doing well and thats great; I did not meam for this to sound like a complaint which I guess in retrospect I did...guess it was that hangover...and I was just responding to others who were concerned about the negative pr regarding A@P as an issue and thought this was more relevant..just trying to suggest things that might help..thanks for info about google was not aware of that.
