Robert: Reload is to Netscape what Refresh is to Explorer.. don't know about other browsers. I wasn't very clear about Opt. J's attempt to restore the message but I assumed he tried backward and forward keys. If OJ backed up to screen prior to when the message first showed up, then it would have seemed like the message disappeared. In that case, all that's needed is to hit the reload/refresh button. Your suggestion accomplishes the same, is more intuitive to users.
