Insider selling,

From August 26,1998 (Material Change Report) to August 24,1999 (1999 Annual Information Form) 755,902 shares have been sold by directors and officers. In fact the number could be larger because the Material Change Report declared stock holding from only three of the directors.

I would say this confirms my suspicion that cheap Red Engine shares were being sold throughout the year. All documents are available on Sedar for review.
