TLC 's assets are totaly in the intellectual rights field . MSFT is also in the same field and is doing well because of their continued success and it's hard to run a computer without MSFT.

After saying the above , I would say that it's the lack of hard assets and a tapering off of the increase in sales growth that has investors worried about this small company.

TLC may be a very good investment going forward after this temporary market correction is completed .

After all it's earnings that ultimately drives stock prices .

Earnings , back orders,bookings, assets etc. is what investors look at to project a company's value .

This is why I like IOM as an investment . When you project the earnings that IOM
will produce, going forward whith backorders so large they cannot be quantified because of the size of the market that Iomega is ramping up into , they are going to be substantial .
