tool dude, I am not saying that he should have done nothing, just that there are other ways to accomplish the same thing. To me, regardless of the $$$, the ends do not justify the means. I look at it similarly to the way I look at our legal system. I believe that it is very important to hold those that are enforcing the law to a higher standard than we would the criminal. There was clearly nothing actionable in the message that puddinhead posted, what was the point of telling him that he was turning him into the SEC if it was not to silence any disagreement. Seriously, go back and read the original message, puddinhead was stating the buyout would happen before what A@P said would happen. Admittedly he was wrong, but this is not something that should have required the SEC's attention. JXM
