Hi WJ: This deal with Tri-Vue is big. I have been saying this all along. This is only one of other deals in the works. Your calculations are right. This is big revenue and it is just in the works now. Just imagine if Globalnetertainment's software is as good as they say it is. IMO, Sheldon Kales has masterminded quite some deal. We will see what unfolds. The latest big run on a COB has been TKI.VSE. IMO this does not even compare to what MTK has to offer. I guess the next things to occur will be the COB to be finallized with the VSE, the corporate web site up and running, and some announcements about the Tri-vue deal, Sportsbook deal, Travel info services,etc. The key to the COB approval has been accepted and filed by the VSE. This was the valuation of Globalnetertainment. It is a good deal for the shareholders of MTK. The Keiv
