Well because they got shares at far below mkt value 1 unit at 1.95 = 1 share and 1/2 a warrant 1 warrant and 2.35 = another share so for 195x2+235\3= $2.08 a share. Can you buy MBI at $2.08 and if MGT believes a breakthrough or joint venture is about to happen would they sell stock at $2.08..what do you think? As for an acne breakthrough, there are a # of good products out there now..clindamycin2% in various solutions/Vitamin A acid/2%erythromycin/benzyl peroxide products/accutane for severe cases/etc. None cure ance and no product will..that is why life as a dermatologist acnbe expert is great. His patients never die..are not curable. and do not have acne emergencies on the weekend. Just my thoughts... CM
