Recognize that I'm not knowledgeable about reverse splits or lots of stock market stuff.

It just seems like a logical scenario to me right now. The new stock offering, from my imaginative perspective, could be offered in conjunction with a XYBR press release which technically discusses their next generation product and perhaps shows a good-performing prototype. Remember, the MA-IV's lousy performance was kept secret until well after it's release. To garner interest, the next big move for XYBR will likely have to be be accompanied with some "show me" prototypes to demonstrate the unit is up to the task. Some whiz-bang demonstrations might include using the wearable PC w/Xybercam to generate a remote audio/video internet connection which shows the wearer accessing speech-recognition functions and doing other flashy stuff.

The big flaw in my scenario is it depends on the Newman's willingness to actually 'talk' reality about their product. This is a hurdle which might not be possible, as 'secrecy' seems to be valued by Xybernaut more than candor.

As far as delisting goes: How will that help the funding situation?

Shoe.
