Some points.

First, I doubt that anyone knows the results yet. Not MGJ and not Diamet.

Second, these sorts of negotiations take many months so I would guess they have been talking with Diamet long before these results were due out.

And finally, if I was a junior and Diamet wanted to give me some money and partake of their expertise I wouldn't say no.
