Oh course it is "C". Of all the announcements not one bit of TPI software was ever submitted to external agencies for testing. The transformation software was used at 6 TPI contracts all have been failures. The Century scan missed key items on the the two trials that it was used on. The various shills that popped up on this group only strengthen the argument. The references on the TPI web page were performed by others. In fact, the French automobile manufacturer that is referenced was performed by a Mr. David Adams because as he stated, 'Stepanoff screwed it up so badly". All of the references on the web page were completed before TPI came into existence. This is a scam pure and simple. And we was the victims, I am afraid.
