web site at areteindustries.com . The site contains a wide variety of
information about the company, its management, its plans and its subsidiaries.

investor relations. Pertinent company information will be added and
continually updated as it becomes available.
The associated web site areteoutdoors.com is being finalized. Arete
Industries is a major shareholder in Aggression Sports, Inc. doing business as
Arete Outdoors. The Arete Outdoors site is an e-commerce site that will soon
be offering a variety of unique outdoor products and lifestyle tools as well
as exclusive adventure travel experiences. Arete Outdoors products will be
