Big Run, dont let Bateman get to you, he is in awe of this thread and the masters (Anthony and A@P Trader) that run it and he is having a hard time dealing with it. Fact of the matter is, we are not trying to scare any longs out of their shares! What would be the point? The Market Caps are just too big. We are simply drawn to express our views and predictions like any long does. We short stocks usually for 1 of 3 reasons... 1. There are criminal problems like with SNMM. 2. They are scams like FSTW with press releases that are so inaccurate that the longs fail to see the problems. Or like KTEL with massive insider selling. 3. They are simply technical shorts or stocks that have been overbought. You have to remember, these longs become very desparate in these issues and they are going to say anything, absolutely anything, to help themselves deal with their positions. rhansen
