IPO PRICING - BigStar IPO prices at $10 NEW YORK, Aug 2 (Reuters) - Company Name BigStar EntertainmentInc. Priced At $10 Estimated Pricing Range $10 Number of Shares 2.5 million Lead Underwriter Prudential Securities NOTE: BigStar is an online seller of videos and digital video discs based in New York City. The company cut its offering to 2.5 million shares at $10 each from 3.1 million shares at $12-$14 each. The $12-14 was not a high offering price compared with other 'net stocks.Again,their webpages are very informative.
