A@P, I read the warrant as you did. I find it curious that you call Lelek a convicted felon, that Starnet actually distributed child porn, that insider sales are an issue as each of those guys has over a million shares with more granted every year, that the gaming issues are misdemeanors or simply untested in Canadien law aand 2 libelous accusations regarding the hell's angels.

I see a case against some tasteless bondage and dyke action available all over the net from thousands of sources, providing support to bettors over the phone and the facilitation of betting charges which is a misdemeanor carrying a $500 fine. Even you must have found it interesting that the RCMP could not bet over the Worldgaming sites and that when the cops tried changing a bet over the phone that they were unsuccessful.

I also find it interesting that the police are able to publish confidential business informationand publicly claim in the press that charges are coming but could take months. Nice country. In the US, the RCMP would be screwed. There is such a thing as not trying a case in public and due process here.

(the rest of you bozos can leave this for Anthony. I am very interested in his assessment and comments, not yours..)
