The only logic in keeping IDTC at 27 instead of 60, as I see it, is that IDTC cannot sell off its 27 mil shares in NTOP and by the time they can, NTOP will have come down.

Do you see any flaw in that logic?

Its so tempting to buy IDTC at this price, yet scary when u see its price going down even as the price of NTOP goes up.
