You get plenty of tax relief and full sabbaticals as well as excellent financing of inventories and receivable in special development zones in Ireland, Israel, and other developing countries, yet VC do not invest there because of these incentives alone. They always look at management's prior history, and these, as I said before, are less than stellar, actually, every single VC I have worked with before will puke seeing these sets of "prior performance".
